01 Who is responsible
M2GIC QUALITY PRO is the developer and operator of this independent Windows video application and its official website. For privacy questions or rights requests, use our data deletion form or email [email protected]. We are not TikTok and do not control TikTok’s processing.
02 Video processing on your computer
You choose the video to process. The app reads the selected file and its technical metadata, such as dimensions, duration, codec, frame rate and audio streams. It may examine sampled frames and packet timestamps, run short encoding trials, and create processed video, audio and diagnostic files locally.
The native Windows selection path reads the original in place; other local input paths may create a temporary copy. The original is not intentionally overwritten. These operations do not upload your video to this website. M2GIC does not use the video-processing pipeline to train AI models.
03 TikTok connection and permissions
The integration requests user.info.basic to identify the connected account by its display name and video.upload to transfer an approved processed video to TikTok for further editing and posting. It does not require your TikTok password in M2GIC.
When enabled and authorized, the connection service handles OAuth authorization codes, account display name, access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiry, upload identifiers and API status/error receipts. The current service encrypts saved token sessions at rest. The desktop session reference is held in memory and a new connection is currently needed after closing the app.
The current release has not completed real end-to-end Upload API acceptance. Publishing this website does not mean TikTok has approved the app.
04 When a video leaves your device
Only after you approve the processed preview does the intended upload flow initialize a TikTok upload and send the processed media directly from your computer to the TikTok upload URL. The connection service handles authorization and status; this website is not a video storage or processing service.
Final captions, hashtags, privacy options and publication are completed in TikTok. TikTok receives and retains uploaded content under its own policies. Deleting a local temporary file or disconnecting M2GIC does not delete content already delivered to TikTok.
05 Temporary files and diagnostic retention
You can choose a writable local cache folder, including a folder on D:. The app attempts to delete its temporary job folder after confirmed TikTok delivery, when you discard or replace the job, and on normal shutdown. Deletion can fail if a file is locked or the app stops unexpectedly. Marked crash leftovers older than 24 hours are cleaned on a later app start; this is not a continuously running 24-hour deletion timer.
Local audit logs are separate from temporary media. They can include filenames or local file paths, hashes, media characteristics, encoder arguments, stage timings, job/upload identifiers and API error codes. They are not automatically removed by media cleanup and remain until you remove them. Do not send logs containing private paths or other information you do not want to share.
Token sessions on the connection service remain until disconnected or manually deleted; the current service does not enforce automatic expiry-based deletion of those files. A successful Disconnect asks TikTok to revoke authorization and removes the saved session. You may also revoke the app in TikTok account settings and request deletion through this website.
06 Licensing and essential technical data
Customer activation sends a license key and a hashed device identifier to the configured license service. The service records the license identifier, hashed key, device binding and transfer/disabled state. A signed activation certificate is stored on your computer. License records remain while needed to administer the license, resolve support and meet applicable legal obligations; request review or deletion using the contact options below. Removing a required activation record may prevent further activation.
The app checks available encoders and local hardware capabilities for processing. We do not claim that every GPU has been tested.
07 Support and deletion forms
Our forms collect a reply email, request type, topic and message; a name may be supplied. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, full license keys, identity documents or videos. A deletion request is reviewed and verified by a person; submitting it does not immediately erase data.
Requests are received by a dedicated M2GIC endpoint on this website and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database controlled by the operator. FormSubmit is no longer used. The request API does not offer a public way to list or read customer messages. Requests expire after 30 days and are removed by the next daily cleanup or request housekeeping. A salted, daily IP-derived hash is retained with the request for abuse control; the application does not store the raw IP in this database. Hosting providers may separately process technical request logs.
Email forwarding requires verified mailbox and sender configuration; provider acceptance was confirmed in live synthetic support and deletion tests. Inbox receipt has not been independently inspected. A stored reference confirms a saved request, not email delivery. When forwarding is enabled, messages are sent through the configured Cloudflare email service to the support Gmail inbox named above. The email provider can process the message under its own policies, potentially in other countries. Correspondence in that inbox remains until the operator removes it after resolution, subject to legal obligations; there is no automatic mailbox deletion schedule.
You may also email support directly. If the website cannot confirm storage, it displays a failure rather than a successful receipt.
08 Website, cookies and service providers
This website does not ask for TikTok authorization, accept video uploads or take payment. M2GIC has not installed advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party fonts. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and essential cookies to deliver and protect the site. The dedicated M2GIC request endpoint is contacted only when you submit a form; external links are loaded when you follow them.
Service providers receive only the information needed for their role: TikTok for authorization and uploads; hosting providers for web and connection services; Cloudflare for request storage and optional mail forwarding, and the email provider for support. We do not sell your video or TikTok authorization data.
09 Your choices and rights
Where applicable law provides them, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing or withdraw consent. Use the Request Data Deletion page or email support from the address associated with your request. We may ask for proportionate verification without requesting your TikTok password. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations or unresolved disputes; we will explain relevant limitations.
You control your local originals, cache and logs. You can cancel processing, decline upload, disconnect the app and revoke permissions in TikTok. Requests concerning content held by TikTok must also be made through TikTok.
10 Security, age and policy changes
We use measures such as HTTPS, restricted local job folders and encrypted service token files. No system is risk-free. This software and its connected features are not directed at children under 18. We update this page when the service changes, with an updated effective date and any notice required by law.
