01 Scope and acceptance
These terms cover M2GIC QUALITY PRO, its official website and services operated for the application. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter the agreement, and comply with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
02 Current availability
The current Windows build is a development release. Commercial release, clean-Windows installation and live TikTok API acceptance have not all been verified. This website does not offer a production-ready installer for sale. Features described as experimental, planned or conditional are not promises of availability.
Supported processing choices include 1080P, 2K and 4K targets, subject to aspect ratio, source characteristics and resources. Optional local 120 FPS processing is separate from the platform upload copy.
03 License and commercial work
A valid Customer Edition license grants permission to use the licensed application on the activated device under the terms supplied with that license. The current license system supports a device-bound, non-expiring activation certificate. A lifetime license does not guarantee that TikTok, a remote service, hardware support or future upgrades will remain available forever.
You may use outputs in your own commercial work if you hold all necessary rights in the source video, music, artwork and other material. A software license does not grant those content rights. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the application or keys without written permission. Device transfers are handled by support. Owner Edition and administrative tools are for the authorized owner.
Any later purchase must disclose its price, entitlement and applicable cancellation/refund terms before payment. This website takes no payment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
04 Your content and approval
You retain your rights in the content you provide and the resulting output, subject to any third-party rights. You authorize processing only as necessary to perform your requested operation. A TikTok transfer requires account authorization and your approval of the processed video.
You are responsible for reviewing the output, keeping backups of important files and deciding whether to send or publish it. M2GIC does not automatically publish public posts through the draft-upload workflow.
05 TikTok and other third-party services
M2GIC QUALITY PRO is independent of TikTok. The connected workflow depends on TikTok app approval, the necessary scopes, your authorization, API limits and platform availability. TikTok’s own terms and policies also apply.
After an Upload API delivery, the official documented flow continues from an Inbox notification in TikTok. We do not promise a Windows link that directly opens an individual draft. A processed local video, an upload initiation response or an opened browser page is not confirmation of delivery.
06 Quality, compatibility and limits
No guarantee is made of lossless processing, added source detail, compression avoidance, 100% quality retention, TikTok 4K/120 FPS playback, a particular bitrate, uninterrupted viewing, reach or engagement. TikTok can re-encode and change the stream served to viewers.
Measured local checks have a defined sample and environment. They do not certify every device, network, video or later platform playback. GPU availability and performance vary. Experimental MP4 container processing is not represented as a proven way to bypass platform compression.
07 Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use only content and accounts you are authorized to use. Do not infringe others’ rights, abuse the upload service, bypass platform restrictions, compromise the service or submit unlawful content. Do not use another person’s key or credentials.
The M2GIC name, branding and original application code remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party components retain their own licenses. No exclusive legal ownership is claimed over common video techniques, standards or open-source ideas. Nothing here overrides rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
08 Support, suspension and updates
Support is available through the Support page. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal requirements or third-party changes, and restrict abusive access. No fixed response time or future feature delivery is promised.
The current application updates through a replacement installer; an automatically signed updater has not been verified. Review changes before installing. We may revise these terms with an updated effective date and any legally required notice.
09 Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the development software and website are provided as available without a promise of error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. To that same extent, M2GIC is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, network problems, unauthorized modifications or misuse.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Contact support to discuss a problem before pursuing a formal dispute.
